How the Eff do I get this back to regular mode?

Do I have to restore and re-jailbreak?
This afc2add file messed up my iPhone and now wen i try to unlock my phone it shows a sadface saying "sad iPhone" by geoff Stearns.
Then wen i slide to unlock it only goes to safe mode.

HELP!!!!!

You don't need to restore un-install whichever app you installed when the problem started. Then if your phone stays in safe mode uninstall other JB apps. One of your apps is screwing up the phone. I had the same problem when I JB 3.1 and I found out it was Winterboard, the minute I uninstalled it my phone was out of Safe Mode.
