Okay im confused, What are the Differences between Jailbreak and Unlock?

Correct me if im Right.

Jailbreak - to Jailbreak your iphone to get Free Apps.
Unlock - To Unlock your iPhone/Touch if you forgot the Passcode.

Am i correct or not?

Between i have a 16GB 3GS iPhone Version 3.1 And i dont feel like Jailbreaking it. But theres no point for me unlocking it when i can access to the iphone.

Nope, that's not quite it. Jailbreaking allows you to install applications and themes that are not blessed by Apple and not available through the App Store. Some of them are free, some aren't. Unlocking allows you to use your phone with any GSM carrier, for example T-Mobile in the USA rather than AT&T.

You can jailbreak without unlocking, but you must jailbreak in order to unlock.

And furthermore you can't unlock even if you are jailbroken if you have upgraded to the latest version of the baseband.

Unlocking / Jailbreaking is not a matter of being cheap. Unlocking so that you can take it to any GSM carrier is called freedom of choice, and jailbreaking is about customization.
