Can anyone advise?
I know nothing about Jailbreaking, unlocking, etc...
I was going to buy a used unlocked IPhone 3G tomorrow. I was told if I restore it or update it, it may permanently be locked (which would be big waste of money).
If I buy the phone and want to be able to synchronize with my computer, will this automatically cause me to restore and update, therefore LOCKING the phone again? What if I want to be able to sync with my ITunes. I heard this may only be possible if I restore phone, which will automatically update and LOCK the Iphone.
Any suggestions, thoughts?
