I looked, & haven't found anything like this... I had my iPhone 3G jailbroken on 3.0.1 & used openssh without a problem. I upgraded to 3.1 last week knowing I would lose JB (I don't sim unlock, so I wasn't too worried). Today I Jailbroke with pwnage tool, tried to ssh into the iphone to modify my theme, & got a connection failure. I re-read Sauriks how to on ssh, & realized I hadn't used the terminal comand. opened terminal typed "ssh root@172.xxx.xxx.xxx" (with actual ip obviously) & this is what returned...

Add correct host key in /Users/joe/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
