Can someone explain in lamens terms or point me in the direction to help. Okay when you delete a file (such as a theme) from programs in Cydia, is there a way to go into the phone and check for files or fragments left over from the delete? I'm afraid this could clog some memory. Or should I just leave this alone? Good advice please.

No I don't think there is, unless there actually IS an app through Cydia for that, but I've never seen it.

I know SBSettings will allow you to see free memory and clear space, for me, I never had memory issues, so I left it alone.
