Icons have 'timer' icon over them after using them

Ok... i jailbroke.

Now when I press an icon, on the primary 5 on the bottom, use it and go back to the home screen... there appears a "timer" icon over the program i just used and wont go away(the bars in a circle that usually shows up when loading or waiting). Do you guys know why? Is that normal?
Also, no more pineapple when booting up my phone. Its still an apple. IS that too now normal? THanks.

Are u using backgrounder? I think if you have those icons, it means that the program is still running in the background

Ya, just turn off badges in the backgrounder settings. I got that from the above link and it worked perfectly

anyone know if there is a way to disable the wheels on stock apps like phone and mail, it says in the manual these apps are blacklisted from backgrounder anyway as they have their own backgrounding systems anyway yet it decides to badge them too lol

Use the settings in backgrounder and add them to the list manually.
