Iphone 2G locked :(

Hello,
my girlfriend has a iphone 2g and it was unlocked and jailbroken, today she connected it with itunes and installed the new 3.01 software , now the iphone is locked! She can't use it with any SIM card, it is not supported anymore i dont know on which network the iphone is locked now!? What should i do now help me plss

EDIT: I unlocked and jailbroked a friends iphone 3g i know how to do that, but my question is can i unlock the 2g without the original SIM card because i dont have the SIM card and the phone is now locked to a unknown network provider?

You have to jailbreak it and unlock it again. Do you have a MAC or PC so I can get you the downloads to jailbreak & unlock again?
