Problems with glasklart

I've been trying glasklart i downloaded off cydia, and the problem is, I select the theme in winterboard, but it never changes anything. help.

have you tried to turn the phone on and off, or done a hard reset

Just to follow up, I don't know if it downloaded wrong in cydia or not, bit I deleted and SSH'd it into the phone and it works now.
