Categories on iPhone OS 3.0

A was refress my OS to 3.0.1 and I had jailbreak it. So when i had 2.2.1 I use the categories and after the refress i don't see this appliactions witch is contain the categories folders.

In springboard settings you have to go to the option to hide/or unhide icons. All your apps will appear off so just switch them on and respring.
