Jailbreak help

Okay I followed instructions to a T to JB my 3G using redsnow the only thing I didn't do first was update my Version from 3.0 to 3.0.1 because The people who orig unlocked my phone said DO NOT UPDATE!! anyway the JB went exactly like it was supposed to and then I DLoaded ultrasnow and all is well BUT I plug my phone into my PC and turn on ITunes (the latest version) and it STILL says thaty SIM card is unsupported and won't sync or ne thing else WHICH IS WHY I J BROKE IT TO BEGIN WITH... help please

Try to update to 3.0.1 and jailbreak>unlock. Sounds like your unlock did not work.

I used Redsnow then downloaded ultrasnow

What version of iTunes? is it the latest version of iTunes?

Yes I used the latest version of I tunes but I even tried it on an older version and same thing. I don't know what version of redsnow. Which one should I have used? And where should I get it from?

You should use the latest version of redsn0w 0.8, and you can get it from a torrent via iphonedev - TPB.
