Removing all the sources that I added with steffwiz?

Is this possible? It takes so long now to load everything and it's driving me crazy? Is there anyway to remove all those the same way again? When I goto edit it only let's me remove the ones I added manually and not the ones I added with steffwiz. Thanks for your help.

I think I read somewhere, the easiest way was to SSH to the phone and remove them from there. I can't remember where I read that though, sorry.
