Speak callers name?

One pet peeve I have is that when I am using the headphones and the phone is in my pocket, I have no way of knowing who is callings.

Im guessing this doesn't exist, but is there an app that can speak the callers name as it rings (much like you can do if you ask what song is playing?)?
