ipsw problem when jailbreaking

hi im using windows xp and when i open up redsn0w to load the ipsw file it doesnt show up in the file selection part of the process???

ive done it on vista and it unpacks as a single file but with xp it unpacks as a variety of files. can someone please help???

I had a similar problem. It's ie. I switched to firefox and have had great success!!
