Jailbroken/Unlocked 3.0 iphone - App Help

I have a jailbroken/unlocked (use with the t-mobile network) iphone using the firmware 3.0 and baseband 04.26.08. The problem I am having is I cannot get any of my apps onto the phone. My music updated to the phone but not the apps although it said all apps were updated to the phone. Please help!!! I for the life of me cannot figure out how to get my apps back!

You have to download all of your apps from Cydia by hand. There is an app that saves/restores JB apps, called AptBackup, but I was not able to get it to work successfully when I jailbroke after upgrading to 3.0.
