How to re-jailbreak? Cant open cydia now, also the signal bar drops often

i used purplera1n and ultrasn0w to jailbreak and unlocked my phone.
due some reason(i dont know how) the cydia cant be opened now.
and the signal bar always dropped and no reception. then come back to
normal later.

wot can i do now? restore and rejailbreak?

Could someone pls tell me how to proper jailbreak iphone and how to
restore iphone without losing my apps and other things in my phone?

When you restore it will ask you to backup and then restore and when its done restoring it will put back up on iphone and then rejailbreak. Do not cancel when it says restoring from backup it can take a while.
