Jailbreak in windows, go back to mac?

I have a quick question. I have an iphone that has been used and filled with apps, tied down to a mac. if i want to jailbreak it in windows, would i be able to hook it back up with the same mac and restore everything i lost on the phone by hooking it up with the windows pc? or would i not lose anything by quickpwning it in windows?

Yes, you can jailbreak on a PC, and then synchronize your apps and media with the iTunes library on your Mac.
