DownBB - App to downgrade baseband??

Not sure if anyone has tried this, but I saw and app in Cydia called DownBB that states it will downgrade your baseband from 2.30 to 2.28.

Anyone tried this yet? I am currently running 2.28 otherwise I would try it.
