I've downloaded a zip file (a new theme) to my desktop and unzipped it and I can get my jb iPhone to SSH with the laptop and I can get the directories to open. I understand that the theme is supposed to go in the var/mobile/library/themes folder but that folder doesn't exist and I don't see how to add a folder...any thoughts??

Also, can I delete apps when using WinSCP? I have an iPhone video recorder app I want to get rid of and I don't see how to dump it.

If the Themes folder doesn't exist you most likely don't have Winterboard installed.

Winterboard is required for themes.

As for the app. Delete it from within Cydia, under the Manage tab.

I have a Winterboard icon on my iPhone and I'm using themes I downloaded OTA from Cydia...is there another Winterboard app I'm missing?

OK, I finally found it. Drag and drop in the new theme and all is good. And delete programs I don't want as well...Thanks again.
