jailbreak - finding firmware help?

hey guys, i'm new on this forum, and i've decided to jailbreak my ipod. i'm not very good with technology, so help me out?

i'm trying to use quickpwn, but it seems i can't find firmware 2.2.1. does anyone know where this might possibly be? i use windows vista.

I'm not sure which iPod you have (first or second generation) but the best place to start looking is google. Simply google 2.2.1 firmware and your device. You'll find what you are looking for. Here at TiPb we only have guides for iPhones.
