unjailbreak and genius bar

I need to take my phone in beacause of a battery problem. I did a restore to unjailbreak my phone. do I have to erase everything and set it up as a new phone in order for the genius bar not to know that I jailbroke?

Yeah, never use a back up when it was saved in it's jailbroken state. Always a good idea to start fresh.
