I need help syncing my phone!

I bought my phone off ebay unlocked and jailbroke. It came with cydia and other apps they had on it, and when i go to sync songs onto my phone it says "An Iphone can synced with only one Itunes libary at a time. Erasing and syncing the contents of this Iphone with the contents of this Itunes libary." If i choose "Erase and Sync" will this erase everything including cydia and my apps?

Sure will. You will have to re-jailbreak the device.
