Jailbroken (PIRATED) apps that will not syncronize with iPhone 3G

Okay, I updated my 2.2 iPhone 3G to 2.2.1 through Pwnage tool. I have had a lot of jailbroken applications in iTunes and they are still there. Is there any way I can transfer them over to my iphone? It gives me an error message when I try to synchronize them that the applications are not verified.

Your confusing jailbroken with cracked, we cannot discuss installation of cracked applications here, but I'm sure google will tell you everything you need to know.
