    I purchased 2 $100 iTunes gift cards from dollar general & when I went to redeem them like 10days later & its not recognizing the pin. Called the number they provided online & they couldn't help me. They said that I would have to go to the store I purchased them to get my money back & they told me that its iTunes problem. What do I do about this situation

    I would start by contact Dollar General’s corporate headquarters and advising them of your issue. Hopefully you still have your sales receipt. Make sure you let them know you contacted Apple and they referred you back to them.

    I hate these situations. Apple always seems to point the finger at the reseller and vice versa.
