iTunes not syncing videos

I'm on the latest iTunes for Windows 10; iPhone 8 Plus, latest iOS.

I have specified iTunes to sync some folders that contain photos; I created a folder named Videos. It contains 4 videos, ranging from 700 - 900MB each.

Folder is selected and the "Include videos" option is selected. iTunes is only syncing 1 video; not the rest.

How can I correct this? They are mp4 videos.
