Problems transferring purchased music from iPhone to iTunes

Whenever I try to transfer my purchased songs from my phone to iTunes I get this problem. On one album, half of the songs are gone, on the other, 5 song names have turned into long negative numbers (e.g. -57666629103665)

How do I stop this

I never purchased a song on my phone and tried to transfer it to iTunes on my computer.
I simply go to Account > Check For Available Downloads on iTunes and see if the songs start appearing in my library.
Also, I have Automatic Downloads for Music enabled in Preferences > Accounts.
