Missing Artwork (Photo) in Season Pass

Guys I've purchased Shadowhunters Season 2 full season pass but the artwork/photo is missing everywhere i mean there is no photo at all, Not on my iPhone/iPad Pro or my PC (via iTunes) i did everything such as by removing and re-installing that or either sign out from my Apple ID or iCloud then re-log in again. EVEN removed the TV App and....Nothing changed. I've contacted Apple too and they promised me to let the provider knows about it in order to fix it very soon.

I want to know Have you ever encountered with problem like this before? Did you purchase this show and same problem too?

as apple have said it could be the providers as sumtimes things dont show up properly hopefully you get an naser n appl respond

Fixed now and thanked them so much, i knew the problem was coming from the provider.
