Any way to COMBINE Apple Music/Streaming, & my ITunes?

My 3,000 Itunes on my IPhone SE 64GB, will NOT play without data or wifi signals in the NYC subway, unless I download EACH SONG Individually; probably would take a month; lol
Only way is to DISCONNECT Apple Music; then ALL my ITunes are fine
Apple phone techs concur with my diagnosis
Anyone have an alternate fix?

Have you tried playing your music via the iTune Store app on your iPhone? More → Purchased → Music → All Songs

Any way to COMBINE Apple Music/Streaming, & my ITunes?

1: Go to iTunes on your computer
2: Create a smart playlist and make it so that all songs in your library will appear in this playlist
3: Open Music app on your iPhone SE and press the cloud while connected to wifi

4: Now go to Settings Music and under Downloads enable "Automatic Downloads"

You're all set and all your music will be available for offline playing. Enjoy!
