Playlist frustration

Ok, I thought I had it figured out, but I guess not. I purchased a song last night from iTunes. I added it to one of my existing play lists. Then this morning, after connecting to iTunes via my PC at work, I synced my phone.

My problem is that the new song shows up on my playlist on iTunes, but it no longer shows up on the playlist on my phone. I know this is trivial compared to other issues people are having, but I'm about to pull my hair out, so HELP!!! ;)

Hmmm, a synced playlist should be identical on both devices. You may have to "manually manage" the playlist.
