im trying to connect my iphone 6s to iTunes because I lock it up now I cant get in it

If you've referring to the lock screen then just connect the device to your computer, initiate the computer's iTunes app and then select to restore it. If you're referring to the iCloud Activation Lock, simply connecting to iTunes to restore it will not get you access into the iPhone.

If you're talking about unlocking it for use with other carriers, once whomever has unlocked it for you and notified you that the unlock was successful, you can plug it into iTunes and you'll see a message saying congratulations, your device has been unlocked.
