Adding Digital Booklets

Before iTunes 12 and the split of books to iBooks I could import a PDF file of an albums sleeve notes, change its metadata to be music and associated with a particular album and so add a digital booklet to albums in iTunes. Now if I add. PDF to my iTunes library I can't find it to change the metadata. Any idea anybody?
