Old skool...arranging music on itunes 10 to play on a 4th gen ipod

Currently I'm using itunes 10 (don't like anything after 10) to get music files onto my clickwheel 4th gen iPod photo. It's been a while since I've worked with itunes and this ipod so I'm a little rusty. The problem I'm having is that after transferring a couple hundred files, itunes has placed all the tracks within each album in alphabetical order, which is not what I want. Is there a way to turn this feature off or to change a setting so that the files stay in the order I import them?

All you should have to do is click on the heading at the top of the music listing.
