    i have an i-phone 5 i bought of my brother he put it back to factory settings now i cant get i-tunes the app appears to be there but when i click on it nothing happens

    I would do a restore yourself to see if that fixes the issue at hand. Lemme know if that doesn't help. Good luck

    I'm assuming you're referring to the iTunes Store app. If so, more than likely, restrictions have been placed on the device that is preventing the app from being displayed.

    So the app is there, it just won't open? Try a hard reset first.
    Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

    If that doesn't work, you may need to restore.

    From my experience restrictions on iTunes Store makes it completely disappear from the homescreen so if you're still seeing the shortcut I don't think that's your issue. You may be able to simply reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't fix your problem then take the advice @Smply_Rckless gave you and restore.
