Forgot to de-authorize my computer in iTunes before installing Windows 10. What do I do now?

forgot to deauthorize my computer in iTunes before installing windows 10

I have tried unsuccessfully to deauthorize my computer in iTunes (it says I am at the max of 5 computers) so I can make a back up of my iphone. It gets hung up when trying to back up my apps.

I am not very saavy with computers, so I need simple directions on what to try next.

go to account settings. can do this thru itunes. it will take you to your web browser and have you log in with you apple ID and password.
deauthorize all. reauthorize the computer you have now. (can re authorize back up to 5 if needed)
