    29.99 deducted from my bank account for some I tunes thing I don't even know what I tunes is.....please help. thanks Steve

If you're unaware of what iTunes is an you haven't authorized any transactions from Apple for that amount you'll want to contact your bank by calling the Customer Service number on the back of your card as soon as possible to file a claim with them. Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support by visiting Official Apple Support.
