Since installing Windows10, when I open iTunes I have to sign in every time. Why?

Since installing Windows10, when I open Itunes I have to sign in everytime

Installed Windows 10
Each time I open ITunes I have to agree to the terms and conditions.
Then I have to enter my ID and password and sign in.
When I exit ITunes it loses my sign in details.

I guess how to prevent or fix this?

I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled on advice from Apple support but it did not fix my problem

You need to provide more information than what you have. What did you install windows 10 on? A PC, or Mac using bootcamp. Which iTunes stopped working? etc etc ....
