Why won't my iTunes Store app load or open?

My itunes store ap won't load or open. Not from any where. Help

My Ipad keeps searching and searching and will not open or load. I have tried closing it and reloading it but it won't do that either.

Do you have a good network connection? Have you tried to restart your device?

Is your wifi signal strong enough? If not, try rebooting your modem/router. You might try a hard reset.
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
