Adding CD's into iTunes, frustrating..why is it taking so long?

It seems as though adding your personal collection into iTunes Match/iCloud isn't allowing the album art work to upload with the album, also seems to be taking forever for albums to upload as well at times.. Any idea why?

They are still working out the kinks, and everyone is using the heck out of the service?

I can't say anything about the artwork but uploading speed is limited by Apple to avoid discrepancies in their service and allow everybody the same bandwidth
