Plug your iPhone to your computer and then restore it via iTunes. If the device is protected with the iCloud activation lock, you will need to enter the credentials associated with the account in order to use the device. If you do not know it or cannot remember it, you will have to use the password reset feature on the iCloud website. If you do not have the information associated with the password reset process, there is nothing anyone can do for you.
