    Upgraded to iTunes 12 today (Mac Mini running Yosemite). When I plug a device in, it begins charging and everything, however it does not show up in iTunes. I've tried two different iPhones and an iPad, as well as two different cables, and in two different USB ports.

    Suggestions?

    Give it a moment and then tap on the outline of the iPhone that will appear next to the music symbol.

    Try rebooting your computer or closing out iTunes and then opening it back up.

    Try rebooting your computer or closing out iTunes and then opening it back up.
    I'm such an ***** for not trying that. Closing out iTunes and opening it back up solved the problem. Sorry. Haha.

    EDIT: And apparently iMore censors the word i_d_i_o_t? Lol.
