    While I was buying an in-app purchase, the network failure occurred. After that, my money was still deducted but I did not receive my item. I dont know if i got a refund from Apple, please help me!!!!

    You should be able to- from your iTunes account go to my purchases and find that one and click on report a problem- explain the situation and they get back to you within 48 hours
