So the Wife got a new 4, which means we are now a two iPhone family. We have one notebook PC we share, and want to do the backups and syncing from there, of course. I have a 4S jail broken, and her 4 came with 6.0.1.
So here's the questions: (NOTE - I did search, but couldn't find anything that answered these specifically)
1. When I first tried to sync her phone, with separate Apple ID's, iTunes tried to load all of my apps, both App Store and Cydia obtained, onto her phone. After I straightened all that out, everything seemed to be working fine, except when she went to the App Store on her 4, it had my Apple ID. Will this happen every time we do a sync.
2. Should my apps get loaded onto her 4, Cydia apps aside, with they work on both devices?
