Well I for one am hoping that it makes it usable. Nothing is better than the sluggishness when trying to navigate from one section of iTunes to another. Next I wish they would fix QuickTime on windows.

Have you looked at any preview video of it? It's going to make it so much better. It's a lot like the iPad version. However, if you're on Windows it'll still be relatively slow. A switch to Mac is the only way to get the best usability out of Apple products.
