Already purchased would you like to buy again?

I am trying to buy a movie and everytime I try to buy it it comes back with " you already purchased this movie would you like to buy it again". Now I did buy this movie years ago but.... They will not tell me how to get it onto my new hardware or where to download it or find it in my purchased items. I am Lost any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
