Crash on Sync

Just noticed my phone hadn't synced since Oct 7(I use auto wifi syncs) so I went to investigate, only to realize that iTunes crashes every time. Wifi or tethered. Anybody run into this? I have the latest iTunes release and iOS5 on my iPhone 4.

Here it seems is where the error occurs.
