    Hi all!

Have encountered the following problem since I upgraded to 4.2.1:

On (nearly) every sync, iTunes is reinstalling ALL my apps on my iPhone.

I've seen this on my iPhone 3GS and my iPod Touch 2G.
    Both are jailbroken with greenp0ison/redsn0w.
I'm using Iconoclasm. I just disabled Iconocalsm, but to no avail. iTunes is still reinstalling all apps.

    Did anybody saw this too?
Any hints on what might cause this behaviour from iTunes?
Any tips on how to solve this?

Had the same issue. Plug in your phone, In iTunes click your phone then click the apps button at the top you will see a button below the apps window that says, Automatically sync new apps (MAKE SURE ITS NOT CHECKED)

That option is always disabled. I have +3500 apps and get most of the free popular apps of appshopper every day. Enabling that option would kill my phone...

    Any other idea?

[EDIT] Let me rephrase. iTunes is NOT syncinc new apps. Its re-installing ALL apps which are already on my iPhone! It is unimportant whether an update is available or not!

Seems, that the new iTunes 10.2.0.34 might have solved this!

    Will test further...

    Well....
    I'm now on 10.2.1.1
The good news: iTunes does not try to install all my apps all the time.
The bad news: It still happens from time to time...
