Newbie-is itunes 10.1.2 compatible with greenpois0n

Hello, I was wondering if I were to update my 3rd gen ipod touch with itunes version 10.1.2 and if this will be compatible with the newly released version of greenpois0n? My ipod touch is currently on version 4.1.
