    Well everyone I received my iphone 4 last thursday and just got around to activating it. When I connect it to itunes I get this message: "We could not complete your itunes request. An unknown error occured (-9812). there was an error in the itunes store please try again later. Any ideas what this could mean? Also I have no bars on my new iphone and I did activate it thru the AT&T premier website....anyone with some help I would appreciate it~Chris

    What OS are you running on your computer, also what version of iTunes do you have?

    The Apple site has this info:
    iTunes for Windows: "Error -9812" when accessing the iTunes Store
