Two iPhones, One iTunes account, & Syncing?

I have tons & tons of music along with a mass of bookmarks that I don't want loaded to my wife's phone if she plugs it in to sync it. How do I go about having it only load the songs & bookmaks she wants when she syncs it?

Is there a way to set up two seperate profiles or will iTunes recognize that it's a different phone & remember each ones settings?
Should she just set up her own iTunes account? What's he best solution?

Make a playlist with music she wants and set up her iPhone to only sync with that playlist.

hmmm... not sure actually. I don't use them. Maybe you'll be better off making a different user profile for her on your computer and only sync her phone when logged into that user account. I think things like bookmarks should be user specific.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about a new user account for your PC or Mac... not a new iTunes account.
