Push iPhone playlist to iTunes

I have recently done a fresh install of Windows 7. Obviously I had to reinstalled iTunes so now I have the default playlists (blank) in iTunes. If I sync, then the blank playlists will be synced to my iPhone. How can I get my playlists on my iPhone to push to my iTunes?

BTW, I have done a physical copy of the iTunes folder und my documents on my previous windows install.
