When I got my iPhone I used my laptop to sign up on iTunes and do my updates. Since then I lost my Internet at home. Am I able to go to another computer and use iTunes and stll update my phone?

My laptop does have wifi but living in a rural area finding a hot spot is hard to do.

    Thanks

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the answer to your question is YES! You can authorize iTunes on up to 5 computers. But a word of warning...if you have large amounts of media on your iPhone, DO NOT SYNC MEDIA ON THE OTHER COMPUTER. You WILL lose everything you currently have stored.

You are correct , the only issue is when you sync the phone with the new computer you will have to resync and lose everything that is currently on the phone .

By losing everything do you mean music and pics only or apps as well?

Music and pics only... Unless you opt out of syncing the media... you do have that option. If you go that route, you'll still have the media on your iPhone... and you'll still be able to get your Apple Updates for your phone.
